Klara J.'s Home and Decoration universe has been developed with a zero-waste approach but also with a "happy sobriety" approach, being aware that over-consumption and superfluousness have harmful consequences on the environment and the fragile balance between man and nature.

 

I use eco-responsible and even biodegradable materials (wood, cardboard, organic fabric) and strive to do "upcycling" (action of recovering materials or products that are no longer in use in order to transform them into materials or products of superior quality or utility) by using all the fabric scraps and throwing away as little as possible.

 

I make original and practical handmade creations, in small series or unique models and offers, for example, origami mobiles, dry heating pads, washable paper towels, foldable and reusable shopping bags, bulk bags, or hand or dish towels.
