Product use: Remove the cover Hot > In the microwave : Slightly moisten | Place it on a clean plate | Heat for 3 min. maximum  > In the oven : Slightly moisten | Place it in an adapted plate | Heat at 80ºC 10 min. maximum // Cold > In the freezer : Place in a bag for 30-40 min > In the fridge : Place it for 2-3h.
